Before you write
- Describe the matter in a few lines: what happened, when, and what you need to decide.
- Give any deadline or hearing date you have been told about; some periods in Turkish law are short.
- Say which language you prefer, Turkish or English.
- Do not send original documents, health records or criminal-record information until it has been agreed how documents will be exchanged.

What you send is used only to reply to you and, if you instruct the practice, to handle your matter. The privacy notice explains how it is processed and your rights under Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) and, for UK residents, UK GDPR.
