Responsible lawyer

Languages
Meetings, correspondence and written advice are available in Turkish and English. Proceedings before Turkish courts and authorities are conducted in Turkish, so documents in another language are filed with a certified Turkish translation.
How a matter runs
- First contact. You describe the matter and the dates that matter. You will be told whether it is something this practice handles.
- Engagement. The scope of the work and the fee are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Power of attorney. Acting for you before a court or an authority requires a power of attorney (vekâletname). If you are abroad, see handling a matter from abroad.
- Progress. You receive copies of what is filed and decided, in your language.
